About the Movement Project

 

We are an organization designed to keep the Durham community active, engaged, and inspired though movement. We offer dance classes for teens and adults from beginner to adult in a variety of genres, dance education services and workshops to bridge the gap between training and education, and we are creating Ontario’s most innovative and exciting dance competition experience for high school students. Lindsay Daniels

With a strong passion for dance education, Lindsay Daniels is a recognized leader in the Durham Region arts community. Known for her excellence in programming, pedagogy and her ability to build community, she is committed to sharing the benefits of dance and movement with others. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, choreographer, and adjudicator, Lindsay has created The Movement Project to connect, educate and inspire others through dance and movement.
